Venue information
Meelup Farmhouse is located just eight minutes from Dunsborough town, with easy access from Meelup Beach road.
The driveway on Sheens Road (off Meelup Beach Road) is a public gravel road and the surface conditions can be poor after heavy rainfall. For your comfort and peace of mind, we recommend using the driveway from Wise Winery (via Eagle Bay Road) if you are concerned about your vehicle on an unsurfaced gravel road.
Meelup Farmhouse has ample parking available on site, in addition to disabled parking, toilets & wheelchair friendly access.
Meelup Farmhouse is a predominantly outdoor venue so sun safety is recommended.

Dinner will be a relaxed and family style of dining. During pre-reception drinks you can enjoy from the Farmhouse grazing table. Tray served canapés are offered to you as your roaming entree. Main course will be served on table platters so you can share and feast together with those around you. Please be sure to let us know of any dietary requirements when you RSVP.

We have arranged a bus that will pick up and drop off guests at the following locations:

2. Cnr LeCaille Court & Gifford Road, Dunsborough

3. Yallingup Beach Carpark Bus Bay
​
4. Caves House Hotel Carpark, Yallingup
​
Spots on the bus are limited so please get in touch with us should you wish to secure a spot. Times of pick up and drop off will be updated once we have secured numbers for each location.
Transport
Taxi's and Ubers in the area are limited and not reliable. We recommend ensuring your accommodation is within walking distance of one of the bus collection locations if you are not driving to the venue. Alternatively, there are chauffer services in the area which can be booked in advance.
Schedule for the day
WE DO: The ceremony will commence on the back lawn at 4.30pm. with guests able to access the venue from 4pm onwards.
WE TOAST: Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony on the back lawn from approximately 5pm onwards.
WE EAT: Dinner and speeches will commence at approximately 7.00pm
WE PARTY: Shortly following dinner and the end of the formalities, we look forward to meeting you on the dance floor!
